4. Limitations & Exclusions
🚫 What We CANNOT Do
- Issue insurance policies directly (only LIC can issue policies)
- Guarantee claim approval or claim amount (claims are subject to insurer terms, policy conditions, documentation, and regulatory requirements)
- Provide stock trading, mutual fund, legal, or tax advice unless separately and properly authorized
- Modify or alter LIC policy terms and conditions
- Access your LIC policy data without your explicit consent
